It usually happens on the very first run of the game. Please try to stop the game's process via the applications manager and run the game again. If you still can not run the game please send a crash report to Google and/or contact us by email.
Unfortunately, we still could not eliminate this bug on some devices. Please restart the game in such cases.
It happens sometimes on a poor Internet connection. You may wait until the operation is completed or timed out or just restart the game. Don't worry to restart the game - your game progress is cached on device.
